If StatusPulse fails to meet the guaranteed uptime threshold in a calendar month, we automatically apply a 10% credit to your next invoice for every 0.01% shortfall, up to 100% refund for that period.
Are there additional costs for API calls or webhook deliveries?
No. All tiers include unlimited outbound webhook triggers and 10,000 API requests per month. Enterprise plans include dedicated API rate limit negotiation during onboarding.
